are you able to boot to bios or safe mode?
if you can boot to bios you need to set the pc to run from a usb or cd first and then run either hirens boot cd or other rescue disk and run a virus scan / recovery console, chkdsk with the /r parameter, this appears an infection.
cannot change anything on the black screen except try three times for right password, then it says contact intel, and and found nothing there.are you able to boot to bios or safe mode?

Also it wont boot from anything, wish I knew that passwordcannot change anything on the black screen except try three times for right password, then it says contact intel, and and found nothing there.
depending on your pc configuration, unplug everything and the plug from the wall, press power button for about 5 secs to release residual charges, then open case and pull the password pin for about 5 mins before replacing, and also pull the CMOS battery for about 5 mins, this should set the BIOS back to how it came from the factory, so if there are any bios settings you have changed then you will have to go in and redo the settings.
try the below search page if above does not work, there may be a solution in one of the hits listed

I's a W3507 with XP media version, I found the three pin with a shorting stub, for normal it goes to pins 1 and 2, for set up it is 2and 3. pulled the battery , bottom line is it fixed it. You have my most heartfelt thanks.what is the make, model and model number of the pc, I can look for your service manual which will show you where the pin is located.

This was a gift from a lady I know, I has three times the processor of the one my wife WAS using, it was also XP, but either I messed it up, or it just messed by itself, so when the new one came, I am trying to get it working for her.
These XP's are not easy to get wireless, her old one came from the factory with xp and way back it got wireless ok, but when I reinstalled the OP I could not get on line, been trying that for over a month , now trying on the gift computer. Wireless adapter is Lynksys WMP54G .
Oh I forgot to tell you last week on the media version Intel, something disabled ALL the services, it took a long time to enable them back, don't know if they are right. I tries a system restor with a note saying windows could not restore my computer, maybe I am not the original owner/ administrator.
Thanks again
PS, I'm 93, and that explains a lot of my troubles!
Thanks, I'm on my wayreply 2:
