Back from the Dark Side

    Adelaide, in my dreams as my wife tells me.
    Throwing caution to the winds I installed an XP Pro version from an ISO. It has some Vista Drivers, strange. SP3 included and auto validate etc. System in the Control Panel describes it as "Maher's Digital World".
    Fast !!!. The fastest version of XP I have ever used (after the usual Services and other tweaks). Stable and seemingly unbreakable - no BSOD - no errors - nothing wrong after throwing some monster programs at it.
    Yep, I know it is probably not a truly valid copy of XP Pro but I will live with that.
    These days I just "roll with the flow" so to speak and let tomorrow look after itself.
