    360 total security flagged this (among others) in a scan. It's in an unusual location - a picture directory.

    Good? or bad?

    keep above bookmarked.

    the file will be in 360's quarantine, browse for it and upload and let virus total scan it, you can either take a previous scan's readings or have them analyze anew, your choice, but it could be a false positive, there are bound to be some but in the quarantine page there is a button to click to upload and report false positives, if it comes out as a false positive, place in the trust section until 360 adds to their whitelist.

    =============

    Step1. Enter Safe Mode with Networking
    Step2. Run Task Manager and end processes with random name
    Step3. Search the following files and delete them
    Step4. Remove temporary files
    Step5. Run your antivirus to scan your computer.

    if it is a bad file, let 360 remove it, I do not have this on my pc and my search did not lead me to the program that uses this file.
