I wouldn't waste my time with Android x86. Oh wait, I did, that's why I'm telling you not to bother. The problem is the vast majority of android apps require ARM CPU and are incompatible with x86 CPUs. The core Google apps have x86 versions (GMail, Youtube, Play Store etc.) as does Firefox but practically every app I tried wouldn't work/force closed. Android x86 is a novelty.If you can run Virtualbox (or perhaps qemu) on your system, you can run Android-X86 in it.
