I have Google drive. It only works with the latest browsers (those still support XP so nothing to fear) so nothing needs to be installed. It works pretty much like OneDrive, though I haven't really shared anything, I've seen ppl share stuff on their GoogleDrive on public forums by posting links. But, usually, you need a Google account to access their account when you click on the shared link. But that's about it.

Oh, and Google Drive won't work on IE8. Google is pretty strict about requiring the latest browser to run their web app...

Drop Box or Google Drive work just fine!
    PS: I recommend Drop Box.

Would highly not recommend DropBox, used it once very awkward to use and I heard a guy once got fined for bot using dropbox correctly. And Google Drive you cannot share public links, stick to OneDrive my friend.
