All programs launching the same thing

    I manually added a shortcut to the Start menu, now every single other program when launched executes this program (Convert.) even tho all shortcuts, from the start menu or the desktop show the correct target for their program, about to drop back 5 and punt! hard! :confused:

    several sites above showing HOW to add a shortcut

    delete the shortcut you installed

    if you cannot do this you might try to use system restore

    does the issue occur also in safe mode??
