Every time I start up Windows xp the add new hardware wizard comes up seeking the drivers for scanner 330 cs scsi driver.
I´ve tried to solve the problem by uninstalling , from the device manager list , the yellow marked“?” Other devices which is correspondent to the scanner 330 cs scsi driver. Every time I restart the system after unistalling it , I open up the device manager and there it is back on the list once again.
In fact there is a scanner installed on its correct place which is SCSI & RAID controllers which works perfectly not needing any other driver.
What can be done to get rid this problem? Thank you.
