Yes. The SP4 exe file is available for download on random sites on Google search. Does an unofficial SP5 exe file exist for download?

The "Unofficial SP4 3.1b" pack will update Windows XP Professional SP3 32-bit to April 2014.

There is no "Unofficial SP5" pack available that I am aware of.
