Webcam problem

I bought MS Industrial 301 silver webcam and when i connect it to my pc and try to view images from it i just see black box on the screen... I tried updating my display and USB drivers but nothing helped... :(
Cam works perfectly on Windows 8, without any instalation... But on XP (SP3) it just displays black box! :confused: :mad:
Can someone help me fix this?
