Vulcan Notes does not need install so is safe all the way down to Win95... You just engage the EXE & enter CEREAL where you find it... Vulcan can also import TXT, RTF & ASCII... Vulcan has no transparency options but I care not as I can get that from using FeelTheWheel utility which also requires no install... You just 'SHFT' roll mousewheel to adjust trans of pretty much anything... FreeShade also enhances Vulcan with DBL-Clk to rollup to titlebar with a number of other features as well... FreeShade however requires an install... I have included both these utilities with I think I may have threads on them here...
