Quite good freeware at the time... Animates GIFs in a way that many do not by taking BMPs & scrolling or rotating with different alpha blending options & what-not... From it's explorer you just drag onto the canvas & freely position with mouse...
There are then tabs to access what to modify... Of course takes a bit of work as you have to make your shapes in another program, I used PD Particles for this one but also could use say C4D rendering 3D shapes then just screen capture around the render & save as BMP....
Comes with ONE project kinda cool logo runner-

Making BG transparent well not all shapes will work... The vertical squiggle line yes, others no....
