PC Studio on XP SP2

G'day,
I connect my Samsung C5220 mob ph to the PC Studio app on my Toshiba notebook running XP,SP2 OS. The mob ph files appear on Message Manager, Copy and Paste to PC Inbox.
Am unable to find out how to get the files from there on to the computer. Have tried to Copy and Paste from there but does not work. Samsung is no help.
Can someone help please?
Cheers,
StuM.

first you need to install service pack 3 on XP.

I can't tell you how to transfer the pics but it should be very easy to find out if you look up the software that does it, i don't think this will be done through XP but instead kies or whatever the phone uses. If that fails just pull the SD card out and put it in the PC.

Don't waste your time with XP Sp3, it us unlikely that has anything to do with file transfer. You seem to be already running the software sp SP3 isn't going to help.

G'day All,
Many thanks to your responses and replies. Using the SD card sounds like a good idea.
Thanks again to everyone who responded.
