Out-Of-Memory-FIX For Oldish App That Cry Out 'Out Of Memory' When There's Plenty>>>

Got this some years ago from an online Friend (almost typed FIEND)... Have use on 4 apps now that throw up that error when I had tons of RAM which has something to do with the RAM to Pagefile ratio being more than 3...

Using on XP 32bits don't know how it will be on others...

Interesting. I was very curious exactly what it does, so I'm glad the readme provided the technical details. I don't think I've encountered this error so far.

It's been mostly an issue with Metacreations/ Macromedia/ Fractal Design & MetaTools programs from the 90's so if you have not tried those on a more modern OS then you & others probably will not come across it... In that case it's nice to not need it...
