order of drivers installation after XP reinstallation

Hello,
I have an old Dell dimension 3000 which I recently reformatted and reinstalled the XP. The reason was that suddenly a week ago it showed me the blue screen of death.
I used recovery console and scanned 50% and it said that "THE VOLUME APPEARS TO CONTAIN ONE OR MORE UNRECOVERABLE PROBLEMS
I have so many questions.
first of all during the installation the RE-INSTALLATION CD didn't copy the guitrn and h323 dll...(i don't remember the exact name of the files)

Anyway my main question is:
what is the order of installing after the reinstallation of the XP software?
chipset driver,
Service pack 2,
net framework
dell dimension drivers,
third party drivers (usb camera, third party graphic cards)

Please advice ans thanks
 
1. service packs
2. dell drivers:

ORDER FOR DELL INSTALL DRIVERS

Desktop System Software or Notebook System Software
Chipset or SMBus driver
Processor Driver (if applicable)
Video
Audio (sound)
Input Drivers (keyboard/mouse)
Modem
Network Card

3. other drivers

4. antivirus

5. if you have .net downloaded separately then you could install now, otherwise your next stop should be microsoft updates, which will not work without sp3.

Should I install service Pack 2 only or 3 as well? The reinstallation CD has the service pack 1
