I have an old XP, not connected to the internet, I just use it for editing photos. Suddenly the back arrow has disappeared from all programmes. Does anyone know how I can get it back?

I managed to fix the problem myself by doing a System Restore. Yvan
I managed to fix the problem but then, on my Windows 10 computer, I have a page that comes up called Support for Windows Products and I can't get rid of it. It pops up every time I turn my computer on and the only way to get rid of it is to turn the computer off. It says it's a free programme but I can't even click on the button to download it ... not that I really want to.
not sure what to do on a win 10 pc, but you could try running malware and virus scans as this sounds like an infection.
