MP3 combiner for XP?

Guys and gals,
Is there an MP3 combiner available that will run on XP?
I'm referring to a program that can combine MP3s into one big MP3 file. Or smaller MP3 files into a bigger MP3 file combination.
Either or.
Not MP3 songs, in particular, but just sound bites and files.
Any info greatly appreciated!

Just like Elizabeth, I have not a clue what you are trying to do. However, I think you are describing a Sound file editor and mixing software. It does not matter if you want a produce a 3-minute track or 25-hour track, it is the same thing you need.

The go to - software is Audacity. Why, because everyone uses it, it’s free and there is loads on manuals and help on line.

The last version that works on Windows XP is Audacity 2.1.3 for Windows

There is no point in learning different software for different machines, so I suggest Audacity for everything. Windows 10 and 11 and you XP machine.

It is the most widely used in the world. It is free and it works fine.

Thank you very much for the info ! I did hear about Audacity, but was not sure if it would run on my XP system. Like I mentioned above, I am just looking to combine small MP3 sound files, for use with some game programs. No songs or anything longer than a minute in length. Will certainly check out Audacity now. :)

I know it is off-topic, but what language do you code the game in?

There is a tool called mp3 joiner and it works on WinXP
 
Guys, I just found Clideo.com. It joins and converts any audio file format for free online. It worked on my files perfectly. I didn't have to download or install any program, it's done right online like Zamzar. Very happy, and it did a great job !
