missing shell32.dll for windows xp professional

MSetup.exe entry point not found. The procedure entry point SHGetknownFolder Path could not be located in the Dynamic Link Library SHELL32.dll How can i fix this i tried the sfc/scannow and i am told to insert the windows xp professional cd-rom. I dont have the cd-rom. Please help. My printer and my CD RW wont work either

do you have win32 Disk Imager installed? if so read HERE, seems there is only one version that will work on xp
