Making Waves Audio 2.43 Win32 (2001) - Simple OT Music Creation>>>

Just uploaded to archive but they have 'updated' their heap site so it almost didn't work... Probably won't be uploading there anymore then & If I can't manage items I might well be taking all off...

Making Waves is a simple yet refreshing sequencer & back then it was all internal FX & just samples no worries about plugin scanning or associated garbage...

This particular build was magazine CD 'Promo' back in 2001 for their 'Studio' version which has all MIDI capability... Also this does not have the CD fulla samples but I have uploaded some of my own which will be way better than samples from 2001 anyways...

Efficient package if it were not for the 1.7 MB+ help file the whole install directory would be less than one MB...

one can read a review of old here-

However amazingly a guy named Daniel Bedingfield made a hit single in 2001 using just Making Waves & a few other hardware toys in which he apparently made like 400 grand off of... That was certainly MW claim to fame back then... This version would then be very close to what he used but he probably had the 'Studio' version...

Here' the tune (but NOT his channel)-

A few years later he did a promo for Making Waves... here it is-

Pretty easy to use, easier than old Fruity Loops plus it has actual piano roll that has note names listed plus you can do chords as well as single notes... Fruity (probably version 2.54) did not have a piano roll just that funky 'keyboard thing' plus could not do chords either....

Whattayaknow, I found the Fruity GIF-

YAA, that thing was kinda grim...
