Well, I was tryin' to find my bookmark for it but no go so I just uploaded this to archive.org, faster that way anyway plus very small upload...
Have included all extra schemes but these are really just starting points... I have both 3DCC & Display properties open & choose out a visual style based on what I want in 3DCC then engage the visual style then apply the 3DCC color change usually having to make a number of changes but it's much faster with 3DCC...

If you need a real good color picker for color collection or other than YS Instant Color Picker is quite good... It was old commercial picker but offered for a very limited time as free then placed back commercial once more... This snapshot is that very freeware period so do not choose another snapshot to download-
