Installation problem on Acer laptop

Hello guys.
I am trying to install Windows XP on old Acer laptop.
I applied teachings from YouTube: disabled secure boot, changed boot mode to UEFI but installation doesn't start.

I installed WinXP SP3 through Rufus

If you know please tell me what should I do to install Windows XP SP3.

UEFI is New Style (win7 and newer). Can you change that "BIOS" or something else, that would be Old Style? (Vista and older)

Also, unless you (or someone else) has slipstreamed SATA drivers into your XP ISO (or you intend to floppy drive provide them during XP setup), then you won't be able to use that setting SATA Mode: AHCI (new style) in your screenshots, because XP won't find the hard drive.
You would need to change that SATA Mode: IDE compatibility (or on my Gigabyte board it's actually called "SATA mode" for old IDE, ugh dummies.) But AHCI is always New Style.

Cleverscreenname is correct, change it to BIOS as you clearly have it. Did you install Windows XP SP3 to a hdd or usb stick (since you said you used Rufu)? That would help a lot!
