A few years ago grabbed a 9.1 but no good for XP... Going BACK there's a 9.1 that works in XP-

Then just goto DL page & grab... Image Eye works alot like ArtSage but has neat ability to define cutout PNGs, GIFs, TiFFs that have transparency (alpha channel)...
