Thank you for your answer. I updated to IE8. I have this issue in IE8 too. The same issue (I believe) is in Outlook Express 6 (please see the attachment).A fresh install of Windows XP SP3 32-bit has the Internet Explorer 6 browser.
Even if you update it to version 8, it's still extremely outdated, so pretty much all websites no longer support it.
The MyPal 29.1.0 browser can be installed and used in Windows XP SP3 32-bit.
And it supports and loads pretty much all websites.

Thank you. I have IE8 but I don't know if I have all updates. I will try what you said.https://onedrive.live.com/?id=D7389B68B3A275AD!834&cid=D7389B68B3A275AD
above is my onedrive public files, if you have a new installation then it is most likely not up to date so you will need to go to microsoft updates but to do that you need to install IE8 and its updates, so download the folder in my public account for ie8, and the updates folder, install and then go to the link at the top of the start/all programs that says windows updates, it will take you direct to the update site and then install the active x, and then do a custom scan (Lengthy) then pick and choose which ones you want.![]()

I would definitely check this--I've ran into this more than once when a system's clock gets off.Is your clock set to the current time?
This can cause certificates being invalid, because certificates have a start date and an end date.
If your computer clock is not set and you try to visit a website issuing a certificate and the browser see's the computer clock and then the cert and says, "It's not valid right now."
Set clock, try again.
