Good morning, I have an old Windows XP computer and I wanted to ask how to make it go back to factory settings without the disks? It's more than 10 years old and going slow...Would really appreciate any help/advice? Thank you

what is the manufacturer's name, the model and the model number of the pc??
for example: Dell, Dimension, 3000
if the drive has not been wiped you can generally find a hidden partition that will restore to factory settings, just need above info so I can find your owner's manual on line.

It's a Dell Dimension 4550 Windows XP Home Editionwhat is the manufacturer's name, the model and the model number of the pc??

The 4550 did not come with a hidden partition of the installed os, you will have to install from a cd, sorry you can read the links below on where I got this info:
