Get XP updates after factory reset

I got couple of problems with my xp computer so I factory reset it.
Then I tried using microsoft update activex website but I got error 0x80244019, but I have got 64-bit version of windows so I can not install sp3. And downloads were still availible before factory reset both at the website and in the update application. Now I thought I will download all updates from website and install application. How can I do it? Are downloads still availible?
