Finally installed XP SP3 X86!

I can't connect to wifi. My TP link USB adapter was detected fine. I even connected to 1 of the available wifi networks successfully. When I go to confirm the connection by opening internet explorer I get page cannot be displayed. I also have an internal wifi adapter (Dell 1705) that XP does not detect. I triple boot 10,11, and XP. Thanks.

Hello, it's possible that your internet works fine but Internet Explorer is very outdated and cannot load the page.

If possible, I would recommend using a different OS/computer to put a browser like Pale Moon or MyPal on a storage device (such as a USB thumb drive) and then install it onto XP.

Please let us know if this helps.

The error could be related to you using Internet Explorer. Use another browser, like Supermium, to see if it helps. If not, install drivers for your TPlink. I had a TPlink and I didn't need to install drivers, but you might have to.
