DVD/CD burner for Windows XP

I need to burn an ISO file to a DVD or CD. Could you please recommend a free program for this purpose?

IMGBURN or CDBURNERXP.These programs are free and good i personaly recommend CDbuernerxp since it has more options how to burn a cd/dvd.Note always install them carefully because they may offer some optional programs to install.NEVER AGREE TO INSTALL THEM!!!!

I see this on their web page: "burn and create ISO files". Does this mean that I can create an ISO file of my current operating system, from the computer itself, while the OS is running?
