Change icons to thumbnails in file dialog box

I upload alot of pictures, and when i upload them to a forum or a image hosting site, when you click browse and the file dialog box appears with pictures it shows the pics as a icon, and i have to change it to thumbnails is a hassle.

Is there a registry hack to have pics come up as thumbnails all the time.

I think you have to have a certain amount of images to be able to auto-view them as thumbnails and not exceed that limit, or else it'd lag a lot.

Not sure though.

But just force it to thumbnails instead of details x')
