cant boot because of a missing file

System says that this path can not be found
C:/DPsFnshr.exe

Anyone know where I could download it from please?

can you boot to safe mode? if so, then delete anything to do with dpsfnshr.exe

this seems to be a driver pack, you will have to delete all references to this pack , scan your pc with an antivirus and restart.
