In essence a GIF animator by painting or modifying... Pretty old from 1999-2000 but commercial made free this version is english & is registered install...
One must adjust at least first frame properties for frame delay otherwise animation will not ensue, other frames seem to take on that delay but they can be changed too...
Does not use pen pressure so a mouse is fine... Import images to animate or 'reveal'...
