you can download the iso and then extract the files and then you have your update or just install from the iso.

portup will get these updates if you have the posready hack installed.
I do not have this hack installed so I cannot say from personal experience,

I don't know if I can install this iso because it has all the updates in english and I'm currently running the italian version of XP
hmmm, I have no advice for you, can you extract the update and go to a translation website and translate it to italian?
