Automatically arrange items in Windows Explorer detailed view!!

to understand what im saying do this:

1. go to a random folder on your pc that has at least some files
2. change the view to detailed view
3. now press the key CTRL and +
4. now see that all items arranged to show the full information like filename etc.

now i would like to do that automatically, is there any registry hack or other way? maybe an software which does this function?
