XPe & Advanced Format Hard Drives with EWF

Is there any information on resolving running XPe on the
Advanced Format Drives with 4kbyte sectors which will replace existing
512byte sector.
From 2011 HD manufacturers change and state that XP is not capable of using
this 4K arrangement.
Any advice welcome particularly in respect of EWF usage under this new format.
