XP Add hardware wizard waiting to load ..

    I've updated my drivers for NVIDIA GPU and have a piece of bugs and problems after it .. I've uninstalled the drivers by Driver Magician, then from Add/remove programs, restarted and .. Windows freezes load of some things such as Add new hardware wizard. It opens after 2 mins waiting.. In this time I CAN'T open Google Chrome or Firefox, I have to wait Windows to load normally after 2 mins .. I really don't want to reinstall, because it works perfect except this stupid bug .. Help me!!
