Webcam problem

I bought MS Industrial 301 silver webcam and when i connect it to my pc and try to view images from it i just see black box on the screen... I tried updating my display and USB drivers but nothing helped...
Cam works perfectly on Windows 8, without any instalation... But on XP (SP3) it just displays black box!
Can someone help me fix this?

is your xp 32 or 64bit?
