MyPal build SSE not SSE2

Hello!
Is there a build of MyPal supporting both SSE and SSE2?
Or a build of some browsers like PaleMoon or Firefox?

I have no way to test since I don't own a PC old enough. Supposedly Firefox 48 was the last pre-SSE2 browser released by Mozilla.

 

But how can I extract 7z files?
