Killed Random Processes - My Computer Shows Name as Folder and other errors

    Hey my friend recently killed some random processes not knowingly, including some system ones. He rebooted his laptop and it is now showing some of the following errors:
    • "My Computer" in Start Menu shows name as "Folder"
    • All Programs will not Open
    • Programs will not open if double clicked, only if right clicked and selected open
    • Permissions have been removed for all folders and directories
    There is definitely a problem with the registry or something. If anybody can help that would be great. Any response is appreciated.
