HP Printer Drivers

    I am new to these forums so I apologize if this issue has already been addressed. I am completely unable to successfully download HP printer drivers to my Windows XP PC. Is there a workaround? Thank you so much.

    what is the make, model and model number of the printer??

    xp pro or home??

    laptop or desktop?

    wireless or ethernet cable??

    can you download anything else and is it just hp that you cannot download from??

    Hewlett Packard printer drivers

    Hello Dcran,

    Hewlett Packard drivers are a pain. I have an "All In One" Hewlett Packard F2100 series and always have trouble installing even the genuine driver set up from the install CD. I just install the basic printer driver, nothing else and it is ok.

    Look at http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&lc=en&docname=bph07159

    and go from there. The site is the Hewlett Packard general site for drivers. Just put the full name/description of your printer in and choose XP as the OS and the site should show you what drivers are available.

    Don't know about your net connection problem. Elizabeth23 asked about that.
