How do I change exceptions for LeftSider?

    I am trying to make Windows XP look like MacOS, I installed LeftSider. How do I change exceptions to make the window buttons on the left side of ALL applications?

    I would also like to know, WHY DOES COMMAND PROMPT NOT USE THE WINDOWS THEME APPLIED?!

    Never hard of LeftSider and it seems to be no longer developed so no help from the author. DOS Command prompt is not theme-able so it will always look the same.
