More than likely you need to clean the registry files on your computer. I would suggest downloading a free program called CCleaner made by Piriform.
If this doesn't work try some of the advice listed on this site,
http://www.delete-computer-history.c...ing-video.html, but I would not suggest trying the "free scan" because it may download a program that you will not want and not be able to get rid of (as is the case with almost all "free scan" downloads).
