I insterted a blank CD this morning and nothing happened. I waited and waited for the dialog box that usually pops up but it didn't appear. I did a little research, checked the Computer Management and there were no errors, checked the 'recording tab' on the driver's properties and writing is enabled, ran the MicrosoftFixIt but the only thing that I got was that my driver, HL-DT-ST DVD-RW_GSA-H41N, was not capable of burning.. but I've done it a million many times before!

Sooo, I went out to my local stapels and bought Memorex MRX-650LE v4 USB. SAME THING HAPPENED! :(

I don't know what to do anymore, I need your help (and patience!). I know from very little to nothing about computers.

    Thanks in advanced!
