    To solve this problem:

    console devcon for x86
    http://chomikuj.pl/bawol89/devcon,5437398404.exe(executable))

    -copy it to c:\windows.
    -start- run - cmd
-into black windows: devcon find *
-find: Microsoft UAA Bus driver, copy name of device (can be 2, one will work )
    -example
    PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_780D&SUBSYS_06961025&REV_01\3&2411E6FE&0&A2
-Open txt document. Write there: devcon restart Your device name.
    -example
    devcon restart PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_780D&SUBSYS_06961025&REV_01\3&2411E6FE&0&A2
    - test it first
-save, change extension txt to bat and add file to autostart.
if for some reason you can't find name of device save into bat file :
    devcon restart pci\*
