Need to Uninstall 3 of the same Programs, of the Same Version

I installed 3 programs of the same version (Opera). The reason is because I needed to test the primary version against the other 2 of the same version. I want to keep one and uninstall the other 2. The problem is that when I go into Add/Remove Programs, I see these 3 programs with the same name and version. I can't discern the one I want to keep. I tried renaming them in the Programs folder like:

- Opera 3
- Opera
- Opera 12

But that doesn't work. What do I do to uninstall the ones I want? Is there any way to get them renamed in Add/Remove Programs?

 

is there a difference in the 3??

if you cannot tell by the name what about the date installed??

or why not uninstall all 3 and then download fresh??
