I have a webcam with a usb connection. It came with a drivers disk "amcap.exe" and installed on windows 7 without problem.
I cannot get it going on windows XP - albeit all over the net this driver is THE most uncomplicated universal driver and "always" works.
I suspect there may be another program needed (network?)
I installed MANYCAM - also not working.
The camera is recognized as USB camera, the lights are on - no picture.
    Any suggestions?
