Use Sysprep - a tool by MS designed to take a configured system and
prepare it for cloning - then use an imaging program like Ghost to
capture the system image and duplicate it onto each of the other
systems. Be aware that some settings don't survive the Sysprep
process, so you may need to merge a .reg file after the first boot -
something that you can automate with Sysprep, thankfully.
