Remote Desktop - Interactive Logon Message

I've written a C# RDP Client and everything works as expected. Since the
client will be used on systems that have a Windows splash screen
(gpedit->Computer Configuration->Windows Settings->Security Settings->Local
Policies->Security Options->Interactive logon: Message text...), this screen
requires the user (program) to click the OK button. Is there a way to do
this via C# or via the mstsc .RDP file?
