Thanks John for your reply, but that didn't help. By going to 'customise
motion' (3rd option in the sequence) I tick 'specify start and end position
of motion', then I used to be able to drag either or both the start and end
positions to give the effect of motion when I later play the end result.

Please stay in the original thread with your
replies.

I thought your question was about resizing...
you didn't mention Motion Effects / Pan /
Zoom....

The drag handles should appear when you
check the box: 'Specify start and end position
of motion'. Are the drag handles completely
missing on the "Motion and Duration" screen?

If_yes_I would suspect an issue with your
Video Driver. It may be worth a try to reduce
your Graphics Hardware Acceleration. The
following article offers instructions:

Good luck...

Yes they appear but when I try to drag either from the edge or corner, it sometimes will not drag or else it very reluctantly struggles to drag, but then only slightly. I did reduce the Graphics Hardware Acceleration. Seems it must be my driver.

Yes...those are the 'Handles'...and your description
of the behavior sounds like video driver issues.

Good luck finding a fix.
