java issues in pogo.com

I have Windows XP and I use Norron Antivirus. I found that there was an old
application from Norton that was preventing java from installing. I did and
clean boot using Guided Help and that allowed the Norton 360 to uninstall the
application that was sticking.

I have the same problem uninstall reinstalled , cleaned and cleared
temp files browser still says java not working I have enabled everything
that it said too but still can not play went thru pogo did everything
they said same problem did screen shot java test says its installed
properly but when i go to play says java not working pogo seems to
think its a firewall problem PLEASE HELP!!!
