Installation Failed of Int. Exp. 8 for Windows XP

I have tried 3X's to install this, following all the prompts,but to no avail.
The message I receive is Error Code OX11. Any ideas ANYONE?

I have also had the same problem. I don't know whether you got my last note
but I will say again. I have wrote to mssupport.microsoft.com for help on
8/10/2009. To date I have received no reply although I am still hopeful. I
sent him a lot of information about this problem. If I hear from them I
will be in touch with you again.
