Help download video problem!!

Hi all

I need your help. I have a video movie I am to put together with video's to show my church.

K my friend who was on the trip with us put together a little clip movie and I cannot seem to get it to download. His link is with Q time. So I am trying to download and the apple Q Time shows up and just keeps spinning. Now is it downloading it or what is happening with that?

I need it by tomorrow night which is Saturday. How do I just get to download normally??

Thanks for any help you can offer me.
