I have bought a new PC and I want to set up Windows Live Mail on my new PC
and move all the mail-folders from my old PC to the new one.
But how do I do it ?.....Are my old emails archived in a folder ?....and can
they be copied / exported from old to new PC ?

What you need to do is run "File transfer wizard",the best way is to
run it from the xp installation cd (retail copy),in the menu page, locate
perform other options, open FTW,set the pc as "old",select the files/folders
that you want it to save, save its data in a new folder that you created, once
its thru,move the folder to a cd,or dvd.In new pc,set as new pc,locate data
on cd,the wizard rune auto.FTW is also in xp tools section.
